The processor of personal data is Bestsport, a.s., with registered office at Prague 9, Českomoravská 2345/17a, 190 00 Prague, Identification Number: 24214795, registered in the Business Register kept by the City Court in Prague, Section B, Insert No. 17875 (further referred to as “Bestsport, a.s.” or also “data administrator”).

By giving his consent, subject of data is granting his agreement to provide his personal data submitted via satisfaction questionnaire being processed by |Betsport a.s. for marketing purposes until revocation of such consent, mainly sending commercial messages and news from business sector of the administrator, on the basis of consent to this processing; in this case, the purpose may also be to send operational and informational messages regarding the operation of objects operated by the administrator (e.g. information about security measures for events, etc.), statistical evaluation of visitors to events held in objects operated by the administrator and other analytical evaluation for the purposes of Bestsport, a.s. ; personal data is provided by the data subject for this purpose voluntarily and consent is not a prerequisite for the provision of any service or sale of goods by the administrator or a third party.

Marketing purposes mainly entail the presentation of products and services, as well as transmission of marketing event updates using various electronic channels such as phone calls, SMS messages, emails, and other formats

Consent to the processing of personal data is granted by the customer voluntarily and can be revoked at any time, free of charge, at the e-mail address of Bestsport, a.s. osobniudaje@bestsport.cz or in writing at the administrator’s address.
